This level si quite short really. All you need to do is shoot thralls and other huge ... creatures. Of course the challenge is that you also need to push forward and go after Natla.
Clear the enemies from below and quickly get down (use the thin pillar on the right side). Those buggers will keep respawning, so kill them when you're in a safe place.
You will need to activate two glowing signs before you can head out.
After a short ... but very interesting cinematic, you'll need to continue on your quest to find Natla.
Lots of enemies to fight next, keep attacking, but also go forward, you can also just run past them by the way.
